A Three Step Plan for Creating a Successful SFI Email Campaign
I’m going to show you a simple way to prospecting SFI affiliates on autopilot. This is the first in a series of SFI marketing strategies I’ll be teaching you.

There is a lot of confusion surrounding the use of email in online marketing. It is essential to get a handle on the proper way to run your SFI email follow-up system for recruitment and training. That’s because this is the backbone of your marketing system.
Effective recruitment requires a certain level of care and relationship with prospects in order to achieve long term results. That means you’ll need to set up a communication structure that systematically distributes information to your prospects at a comfortable pace.
People who are interested in becoming a part of your organization will usually need multiple follow ups before they are convinced that joining you in business is in their best interest. This may require 4 or 5 follow up messages. Prospects will want to see the value in the association at their own pace. This is why maintaining constant communication with your prospects is so essential to your success.
The good news is that most of your communication can be set on autopilot; the SFI business model allows for maximum use of technology to speed up your progress. There is a right way and a wrong way to use email marketing however and that is what I’m going to show you over the next few lessons.
I’m going to give you a step-by-step program for establishing an effective SFI marketing campaign to kick-start your recruiting results. First, let’s take a look at setting up your auto-responder system:
I wholeheartedly recommend that you use GetResponse for your auto-responder account.
GetResponse offers a safe, reliable system for staying in touch with your prospects in an ethical way. If you are looking to build a profitable online business that generates a lot of passive income, an auto-responder account is necessary. You are not going to be able to manually follow-up with all of your prospects in an effective way. Trying to do so will lead to rapid burnout and is an inefficient use of your time.
I have created professionally written follow-up messages that have proven their effectiveness. You have my permission to use them in your follow-up campaigns. From your GetResponse account page, follow the directions below.
Now, follow the steps below:
Go ahead and add my campaign name sfiprospectives – where you will copy the messages; go ahead and follow the steps in the image below.
Select the appropriate account where the messages will be copied.
Follow the steps below in sequential order.
Now save the new messages in your account (take a look at the image below).
Take a look at the instructions below to learn how to change the links and details in the follow-up messages. You will only be changing the SFI affiliate link (be sure to include yours here) as well as your website information.

Let’s start altering my information to make it your own. Start by accessing the “Predefined Fields” section below.

That’s it! All the follow-ups are now edited through this simple step. To ensure that all your details have been entered correctly, it is time to test (or edit) the email messages.

On this settings page you can also edit the message name and subject if needed. If you want to use another ‘Reply-To’ email address you can change it on this page. Leave ‘Track’ On and Google Analytics Off.

Now click ‘Save and publish’ and you will return to the Auto-responder overview. From here you can test or edit the rest of the messages. My advice is to do the same Test steps for all other messages to be sure all the messages work correctly.
The system is now in place, but we need prospects to set our campaign in motion. GetResponse can be of value in this area as well; you can purchase leads from the company to jumpstart your email campaign.
GetResponse allows online marketers to launch their email campaigns without running afoul of the CAN-SPAM Act. Not only are the GetResponse leads far more responsive than other email prospect providers, you are less likely to generate complaints of spamming once you follow my system.
The GetResponse Power Leads Program is an effective means of automating your SFI marketing business. To get more information or order the package, log into your GetResponse account. Go to the “Buy Get Response Power Leads” link.
You will be asked to add your GetResponse campaign name once you have gone through the payment process. This is where you will place the name of the campaign you’ve chosen in the first step. This is a key component of your follow-up system because GetResponse will send those leads directly to your automated system for your specific SFI email campaign.
How to Create Effective Ads for Your Leads Generation Campaigns
Let’s take a look at some quick and easy ways to generate leads for your first GetResponse campaign.
1. EasyHits4U is one of the easiest tactics I know for building a list of prospects quickly. Sign up for a free account HERE (we are going to use this site in future campaigns.)
2. Login to your EasyHits4U account HERE.
3. Scroll down the page about half way and click on the ‘Start Surfing’ link.
Now for some easy research; you are looking for attention-getting ads. There are quite a number of ads that are written by others which stand out from the rest. It is acceptable to use these ads to jumpstart your own ideas but never take someone else’s ad word for word. The idea is not to copy but to improve your chances of communicating with prospects.
